摘　　要：文章针对自动操舵装置在修理调试阶段及系泊、航行试验时,缺乏动态性能分析设备,难以准确获取超调量、稳定时间等动态性能指标的问题,设计出一种自动操舵装置动态性能分析设备。该设备由工控机作为上位机、以ARM为控制器主板的核心控制器,与电源系统、取样滤波电路、模数转换电路、通信电路、专用接口等以及系统软件共同构成。该设备自动检测自动操舵装置运行时的动态参数,自动分析动态性能指标,指导技术人员有针对性地调整自动操舵装置控制器相关控制参数。分析设备体积小,质量轻,接口适应性强,方便携带,运用在修理保障和试验中,可大大节约时间,提升保障效率和效果。In this paper,a kind of dynamic performance analysis equipment for automatic steering device is designed in view of the lack of dynamic performance analysis equipment in repair and debugging stage,mooring and navigation test,so it is difficult to obtain the dynamic performance index such as overshoot and stability time accurately.By the industrial control computer as the upper computer,ARM as the main board of the controller core controller,with the power system,sampling filter circuit,A-D conversion circuit,communication circuit,special interface and system software.The equipment automatically detects the dynamic parameters of the automatic steering device,automatically analyzes the dynamic performance index,and instructs the technicians to adjust the relevant control parameters of the controller of the automatic steering device.The analysis equipment has the advantages of small volume,light weight,strong interface adaptability and convenient carrying.It can save time and improve the efficiency and effect of the equipment.
