摘  要:中间包是炼钢连铸生产流程中的中间环节,不仅有储存和分流钢水的作用,还有十分重要的冶金效果。中间包RTD曲线是优化中间包内部控流装置的重要指标。数值模拟和水模型是冶金工程两种重要的研究方法。文中详细介绍了如何使用Fluent软件进行RTD曲线的数值模拟,以及如何通过水模型实验得到中间包RTD曲线,并通过实例说明了两种方法得到的中间包RTD曲线以及其他中间包评价指标基本一致,二种方法彼此验证、互为补充。Tundish is the middle link in the production process of steelmaking and continuous casting.It not only stores and diverts molten steel,but also has a very important metallurgical effect.The RTD curve of tundish is an important index to optimize the flow control device inside the tundish.Numerical simulation and water model experiment are two important research methods in metallurgical engineering.The paper introduces in detail how to use fluent software to carry out numerical simulation of RTD curve and how to get tundish RTD curve through water model experiment,and illustrates that the RTD curve of tundish obtained by the two methods and other tundish evaluation indexes are consistent through examples,two methods verify each other and complement each other.
