摘 要:应用Aspen Plus化工模拟系统中的精馏模块对连续精馏实验乙醇-正丙醇物系分离塔进行模拟,利用模拟结果对实际精馏实验的操作条件进行对比和过程优化,从而得出最优实验结果。通过两种方法进行模拟比较后表明,当确定操作回流比为4时得到的产品纯度更高,塔顶产品中乙醇的质量纯度可达到80.10%,塔底产品正丙醇的质量纯度达到98.00%,更能提升实验的准确性。The distillation module of Aspen Plus chemical engineering simulation system was used to simulate the separation column of ethanol-n-propanol system in the continuous distillation experiment.The simulation results were used to compare and optimize the operating conditions of the actual distillation experiment,so as to obtain the optimal experimental results.The simulation comparison between the two methods showed that the purity of the product was higher when the reflux ratio was determined to be 4,the quality purity of ethanol in the top of the tower and n-propanol in the bottom of the tower was up to 80.10%and 98.00%respectively,which can improve the accuracy of the experiment.
