摘　　要：职业技能比赛已成为职业院校教育教学活动的一种重要环节和有效延伸。本文通过寻找《药物制剂设备与操作》课程教学中存在的问题,提出职业技能比赛与课程教学改革相结合的促进作用,积极参与相关课题研究,开发项目化实训课程,改进课程教学方法,培育“双师型”教师队伍。最后提出两者相结合的思考,改进院内选拔、培训机制,促进技能比赛和课程教学融合发展。Vocational skill competition has become an important link and effective extension of education and teaching activities in vocational colleges.The problems in the teaching of Medicine Preparation Equipment and Operation were discussed,the promotion effect of the combination of vocational skills competition and curriculum teaching reform was put forward,actively participating in related researches,developing project-based training courses,improving curriculum teaching methods,and cultivating the team of"dual teacher"teachers.The thinking of combining the two was put forward,the selection and training mechanism in the hospital were improved,and the integrated development of skill competition and course teaching was promoted.
