摘 要:为研究TiO 2含量对皮芯复合结构聚酯纤维的可纺性、纺纱性能和防透视性能的影响,本文采用同心圆皮芯复合纺丝组件,按皮芯比4∶6,以消光母粒与半消光PET的共混物为皮层组分,其中TiO 2含量为1.5%、4.0%、8.0%、10.0%;以半消光PET为芯层组分,其中TiO 2含量为0.3%,采用熔融纺丝法制备防透视纤维并纺纱织造成布料。结果表明,当皮层组分中TiO 2含量为1.5%~8.0%时,纤维前纺运行正常,无飘丝无断头现象,后纺牵伸顺利,无缠辊现象,可纺性较好;纺纱过程运行顺利,纱线条干不匀率14.16%~14.64%;当皮层组分中TiO 2含量为4.0%~8.0%时,面料的透射率为0.046%~1.378%,防透视效果最好。To study the effect of TiO 2 content on the spinnability,spinning performance and anti-perspective performance of polyester fiber with skin-core composite structure,the composite polyester fiber with the melt spinning method were prepared,according to the skin-core ratio of 4∶6.with the blend of matte masterbatch and semi-matte PET as the skin layer component,the content of TiO 2 was 1.5%~10.0%.The semi-matte PET as the core layer component,the content of TiO 2 was 0.3%.Then the fiber was spun and woven into fabric.The results showed that the fiber had better spinnability and spinning performance when the content of TiO 2 was 1.5%~8.0%,and the anti-perspective performance was the best when the content of TiO 2 was 4.0%~8.0%,with the transmittance of the fabric from 0.046%to 1.378%.
