摘 要:提出了一种充水排气式的自然真空太阳能海水淡化系统,介绍了其结构及工作原理。当蒸发器内产生不凝气体时,利用水泵向蒸发器充水从而排出不凝性气体,具有能耗低、运行可靠等优点。搭建了实验样机,通过稳态实验研究了系统在不同运行温度时的产水性能。实验结果表明,产水量和性能系数随着热海水温度的增加而增加。当供热海水质量流量为0.1 kg/s、温度为60℃时,每周期产水量为13.73 kg,对应的性能系数为1.77。最后,对本装置的经济效益进行了分析。A natural vacuum desalination system which can achieve vacuum recovery by water filling and emptying was proposed. Its structure and operation principle were introduced. When the non-condensable gas was produced in evaporation process, a water pump was used to fill seawater into the distiller to extrude the gas. It has the obvious advantages of low energy consumption and reliable operation. An experimental prototype was built, and the temperature dynamics and water production performance of the system during the operation were studied experimentally. The results show that water production and gain output ratio increase with increasing hot seawater temperature. When the seawater supply flow is 0.1 kg/s and the temperature is 60 ℃, the water production per cycle is 14.21 kg, and the corresponding gain output ratio is 1.77. Finally, the economic benefits of the device were analyzed.
