摘  要:空间站微重力环境为基础实验研究和新技术开发提供良好的试验平台。对空间站中微重力水平准确测量及分析和评估,测量有效性作为科学依据显得尤为重要。文章主要从微重力测量原理及结构组成、软硬件设计、在轨数据验证得出结论:采用模拟与数字滤波相结合提高了精度,实现100MbPS通信速率实时在线传输能力,将原有传输速度由0.3Mb/s提高到目前100Mb/s实时数据传输,大幅度解决了采集系统采样速度快,对外部接口数据传输慢的技术难题,且同时对软件进行优化设计,增加处理器余裕量比常规软件运行占用量提高20%,满足航天产品的高可靠性特点。且精确高、动态响应快的微重力测量设备。既提升拓展了我国航天领域中空间微重力测量能力和应用。又为未来深空探测能力进一步提高提供有力的支撑。The microgravity environment of the space station provides a good experimental platform for basic experimental research and new technology development.For the accurate measurement,analysis and evaluation of the microgravity level in the space station,the validity of measurement as a scientific basis is particularly important.From the principle and structure of microgravity measurement,the design of software and hardware,and the verification of on orbit data,it is concluded that the combination of analog and digital filtering can improve the accuracy,The original transmission speed is increased from 0.3mb/s to the current 100MB/s real-time data transmission,which greatly solves the technical problems of fast sampling speed of the acquisition system and slow data transmission of the external interface.At the same time,the software is optimized to increase the processor margin,which is 20%higher than that of the conventional software,meeting the high reliability characteristics of aerospace products.Microgravity measuring equipment with high accuracy and fast dynamic response.It not only improves the ability and application of space microgravity measurement in China's aerospace field.It also provides strong support for further improvement of deep space exploration capability in the future.
