摘 要:通过分析丁二烯的聚合机理,确定活性自由基是造成丁二烯聚合的关键因素,可采用消除微量氧、清除铁锈、使用阻聚剂和降低温度等措施减少丁二烯聚合。在此基础上,分析了中国石化镇海炼化分公司丁二烯抽提装置和乙烯装置的脱丁烷塔中丁二烯聚合的具体原因,并介绍了相应的阻聚措施及应用效果。阻聚措施的应用结果表明,采用氮气彻底置换、定期排氧、加注阻聚剂、化学清洗和降低温度等阻聚措施后,减少了丁二烯聚合,丁二烯抽提装置的运行周期从2 a延长至4 a、脱丁烷塔再沸器切换周期延长到1.5 a以上。With analyzing the mechanism of butadiene polymerization,it is confirmed that the active radical is the key factor for butadiene polymerization.Some measures such as eliminating trace amount oxygen,removing rust,adding polymerization inhibitor and lowering temperature have been proved to be useful reducing butadiene polymer.On the above results,the specific reasons of butadiene polymerization in butadiene extraction unit and the debutanizer of ethylene unit of Sinopec Zhenhai Refining&Chemical Company were addressed,and the corresponding polymerization inhibition measures and their effects were presented.The results of polymerization inhibition measures show that the polymerization of butadiene is able to decrease by nitrogen replacement,regular oxygen removal,adding polymerization inhibitor,chemical cleaning and lowering temperature.The running cycle of butadiene extraction unit was extended from 2 a to 4 a,and the running cycle of the debutanizer reboiler in ethylene unit was extended to over 1.5 a.
