超重和肥胖大学生自主支持与体育锻炼坚持性的关系:基本心理需要的中介作用

摘　　要：为了探索自主支持与超重和肥胖大学生体育锻炼坚持性的关系,以及基本心理需要的中介作用,采用多级分层随机抽样法,使用自主支持问卷、基本心理需要问卷和体育锻炼坚持性问卷对703名肥胖大学生进行调查与分析.研究结果表明:(1)超重和肥胖大学生的自主支持与体育锻炼坚持性在性别、年级及肥胖程度上均存在显著性差异,超重和肥胖大学生的基本心理需要在性别和肥胖程度上存在显著性差异,在年级维度上并不存在显著差异;(2)超重和肥胖大学生基本心理需要对体育锻炼坚持性具有正向预测作用,自主支持对基本心理需要具有正向预测作用,自主支持通过基本心理需要这一中介变量对体育锻炼坚持性产生影响.In order to explore the relationships between autonomy support and physical exercise persistence of overweight and obese college students as well as the intermediary role of basic psychological needs,703 obese college students are investigated and analyzed by stratified random sampling method,using autonomy support questionnaire,basic psychological needs questionnaire and physical exercise persistence questionnaire.The results show that there are significant differences in gender,grade and degree of obesity between the autonomy support and physical exercise persistence of overweight and obese college students.The basic psychological needs of overweight and obese college students are significantly different in gender and obesity degree,but there is no significant difference in grade dimension.The basic psychological needs of overweight and obese college students have a positive predictive effect on physical exercise persistence,and autonomy support has a positive predictive effect on basic psychological needs.Autonomy support has an impact on physical exercise persistence through basic psychological needs as an intermediary variable.
