摘　　要：针对青海省交通运输行业数据资源缺乏整体规划,各业务系统间数据相对独立且关联性不强,无法提取有效的数据等问题,提出从总体架构、交换模式、交换共享体系结构、交换共享技术要求、交换共享技术管理要求等五方面出发,深入研究青海省交通运输数据资源交换共享的关键技术,重点解决数据资源共享利用问题,整合现有交通信息数据资源,提高数据要素的运转率和价值体现,提高信息资源综合利用水平,为数据交换共享平台的建设和相关标准规范的制定提供了有效支撑,实现交通行业管理、公众服务、业务应用的融会贯通。In view of the lack of overall planning for the data resources of the transportation industry in Qinghai Province,the relative independence and weak relevance of the data among the business systems.The paper studies the key technologies of data resource exchange and sharing in Qinghai Province.The paper studied from the overall architecture,exchange mode,exchange sharing architecture,exchange sharing technical requirements and exchange sharing technical management requirements.The paper effectively solve the problem of sharing and utilizing transportation data resources and integrate existing traffic information data resources.The paper improve the circulation efficiency and utilization value of industry data elements.The paper provide effective support for the construction of data exchange and sharing platform and the formulation of relevant standards and specifications,and realize the integration of traffic industry management,public service and business application.
