上海市中青年医师科研工作现状调研分析

摘　　要：目的:通过了解上海市中青年医师的科研工作现状、困难及需求,为提高中青年医师科研积极性、改善科研条件、扩大科研成果、增加科研产出提供建议。方法:采用文献分析和个体访谈法设计调查问卷,于2018年4月至2019年3月,通过"问卷星"平台对全市部分医疗机构医师进行电子问卷调查,共有2662名医务人员参与。调查内容包括中青年医师的一般状况、科研方面经历和成果、困难和需求等。结果:90.4%的医生认为单位支持科研工作,82.7%的医生个人认为科研工作重要。仅有不到20%的医生经过系统化的科研培训,77.7%的医生认为单位没有完备的实验室,医生希望得到多方面的帮助,73.3%希望得到学科带头人的全程指导、60.1%希望帮助寻求合作单位,57.3%缺少启动资金。仅有20.97%的医生承担过科研课题,32.1%的医生有科研成果产出,仅13.8%的文章发表在国际顶级学术期刊及SCI期刊上。结论:科研工作的重要性得到单位和个人的普遍认同,但需要完善相关举措培养优秀的临床科研人员,提升科研的质和量。建议对临床医生进行规范化、系统化的科研培训,提高人才薪酬待遇,提供优质工作平台,制定合理人才培养制度,从而激发人才的主观能动性,积极参与科学研究。Objective:Based on the current situation of understanding the difficulties and demands of young and middle-aged doctors’scientific research work in Shanghai,this study provided some suggestions in order to elevate their enthusiasms,improve working conditions,amplify the accomplishments and increase scientific productions.Methods:Literature analysis and individual interviews were applied to design the questionnaire.During the period of April 2018 and March 2019,with the help of Questionnaire Star Platform,there were a total of 2662 medical staffs participated in filling out this electronic questionnaire survey.The survey relates to several aspects of young and middle-aged doctors,including the general situations,the experiences and achievements,and the difficulties and the need for research work.The statistical description,χ^(2) test and T-test were used to analyze the data.Results:90.4%of the doctors believed the hospital encouraged their staffs to do scientific research;82.7%held on their opinion of the importance of research work,77.7%thought that the laboratories in the hospital were not equipped completely,and the research staffs hoped to receive various help;73.3%needed the whole guide of the principal investigators;60.1%sought helps from their partners,and 57.3%raised inadequate start-up capital;whereas only fewer than 20%were accepted to attend scientific research training systemically,and merely 20.97%have had undertaken scientific research projects,32.1%have had scientific research achievements,and among these achievements,only 13.8%of the articles have been published in top international academic journals and SCI journals.Conclusion:The consensus of the importance of undertaking scientific researches has been identified by hospitals and individuals,however,there are still some relevant measures to be taken to cultivate excellent clinical researchers,promote the quality and quantity of the clinical researches.As for clinical doctors,suggestions have been made to undergo a series of standard,systematic
