摘  要:目的:研究基于ICD标准的儿外科手术分级管理评价体系在儿童专科医院的实施效果。方法:通过对比分析2017-2019年手术分级管理评价数据,从工作负荷、业务拓展、质量安全三个方面综合评价手术科室的业务能力。结果:2017年7月~2019年6月,该院手术科室业务能力总平均分增长12.0%,服务能力平均分增长7.2%,业务扩展平均分增长9.0%,质量安全平均分增长31.3%;四级手术和微创手术得到较大发展。结论:评价体系在手术科室应用中取得了较好的效果,可以对儿童专科医院手术科室业务发展发挥积极作用。Objective:To explore the implementation of a surgical grading management of pediatric surgery based on ICD standard in Children’s Hospital,to analyze and evaluate the impact on the professional ability of surgical departments by implementing the system.Methods:By comparing and analyzing the professional ability assessment data from 2017 to 2019,this study evaluates the professional ability of surgical departments from three aspects:workload,business extension weights,and medical service quality.Result:From July 2017 to June 2019,the total average score of the professional ability of surgical departments increased by 12.0%,the average score of workload,business extension weights,and medical service quality had increased by 7.2%,9.0%and 31.3%,respectively.Impressive progress had been made in grade IV surgery and minimally invasive surgery.Conclusion:The surgical grading management evaluation index system for pediatric surgery in our study is feasible and has achieved good results in the application of the surgical departments.It will play a positive role in the business development of the surgical departments of children’s hospitals.
