摘  要:目的:了解深圳市医院信息化人力资源配置现状,为医院信息化人力资源配置提供参考。方法:利用2017年全国卫生计生信息化建设成效调查数据,以深圳市二级以上医院作为研究对象,采用描述性统计和回归模型分析医院信息化人力资源配置现状和相关因素。结果:研究共纳入44所二级以上医院,每院信息化部门平均人数为(10.4±5.9)人,本科学历平均(7.0±4.6)人,初级和无职称平均(5.7±4.0)人,计算机专业平均(6.7±4.5)人。总人数、研究生及以上学历人数、初级职称人数、计算机专业人数,与能否满足信息化工作需要关系密切。结论:当前深圳市医院信息化人力资源总体配置不足,无法满足实际工作需要,增加人员数量、提高学历层次和专业水平是优化医院信息化人力资源配置的工作重点。Objective:To investigate the current status of human resource allocation of hospital informatization in Shenzhen,and to provide a reference for human resource allocation of hospital informatization.Methods:Using the 2016 survey data of the national health and family planning informatization construction effect survey,the research object was the hospitals above Grade II in Shenzhen.Descriptive statistics and regression model was used to analyze the current status and related factors of human resource allocation of hospital informatization.Results:In this research,including a total of 44 hospitals above Grade II.The average number of personnel in each hospital informatization departments is(10.4±5.9),and the number of personnel with bachelor’s degree(7.0±4.6),junior or non-professional titles(5.7±4.0),and computer majors(6.7±4.5).The total number of personnel of hospital informatization departments,and the number of personnel of graduate degree or above,the number of junior professional titles,and the number of computer majors,are closely associated with whether it meets the needs of informatization work.Conclusion:Current the human resource allocation of hospital informatization overall in Shenzhen is insufficient,and can not meet the needs of actual work.Increasing the number of informatization personnel,improving educational background level and professional level are the work focus that optimization of human resource allocation of hospital informatization.
