摘　　要：本文针对我国公共租赁住房的选址偏僻,住房面积局促,朝向不好,易灾性,不适老,以及住宅区的邻避现象等现状问题,基于国际视角,从规划层面、建筑层面及技术层面进行深入分析,借鉴国外先进经验,结合我国国情提出政策性干预的建议。In view of the current situation of public rental housings in China, such as remote locations, limited housing areas, poor orientations, disaster prone, nonsuitable for the elderly, and the not-in-my-back-yard phenomenon of residential neighborhoods, and based on the international perspectives, this paper makes an indepth analysis from the levels of planning, architecture and technology, draws on the advanced experiences at home and abroad, and puts forward suggestions for policy intervention in combination with China’s national conditions.
