摘　　要：借助于科技的不断发展,我国在机械制造业领域获得了快速的发展,具体表现在零件加工工艺的日益成熟,各种耐磨、可承受较大弯曲应力的优质零件正广泛应用于机床和拖拉机等机械变速箱领域。零件制造工艺虽然不复杂,但其制造过程涉及多个方面,尤其是螺纹短轴零件加工工艺更具代表性。本文试图分析螺纹轴类零件的定义,探讨螺纹轴类零件加工工艺过程及应用。With the continuous development of science and technology,China has achieved rapid development in the field of machinery manufacturing industry,which is manifested in the increasingly mature parts processing technology.All kinds of wear-resistant,high quality parts that can withstand greater bending stress are widely used in machine tools and tractors and other mechanical transmission fields.Although the manufacturing process of parts is not complicated,the manufacturing process involves many aspects,especially the processing technology of screw stub shaft parts is more representative.This paper tries to analyze the definition of screw shaft parts and discuss the processing process and application of screw shaft parts.
