基于数据挖掘技术探析阳谷主治病症和配伍规律

摘　　要：目的:探析阳谷主治优势病症与腧穴配伍规律。方法:1949年10月前以《中华医典》(第五版)、民国期刊数据库"全国报刊索引"为主要检索源,1949年10月后以中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed等为主要检索源,根据纳入、排除标准筛选文献,建立阳谷穴数据库,运用频次统计、关联规则分析及系统聚类分析,探析阳谷主治优势病症及腧穴配伍规律。结果:1949年10月前单穴及配伍主治优势病症分别为11、13种,均以内科病症为主;配伍腧穴136个,关联规则分析显示阳谷与腕骨、合谷、阳溪、液门等穴联系紧密,聚类分析筛选出5类高频配伍腧穴组合。1949年10月后单穴及配伍主治优势病症分别为4、6种,见于内科、骨伤科等;配伍腧穴111个,关联规则分析显示其与阳溪、阳池、合谷、外关等穴联系紧密,聚类分析选出3类高频配伍腧穴组合。结论:阳谷主治病症以内科病症为主,且在骨伤科、耳鼻喉科具有独特优势;配穴方面,多配伍原穴、五输穴;配穴归经以大肠经、小肠经、三焦经为主。Objective:To investigate the indications and compatibility rules of Yanggu(SI5).Methods:Literatures before October 1949 were mainly from Chinese Medical Code(The Fifth Edition)and Compilation of Modern Chinese Medicine Journals,and after October 1949 were mainly from China Knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,VIP,Pub Med,and other databases.The above databases were searched and the literatures were selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria to establish a database of Yanggu.Frequency statistics,association rule analysis and system cluster analysis were conducted to determine the indications and compatibility rules of Yanggu.Results:Before October 1949,there were 11 and 13indications of Yanggu singly or in combination,respectively,which were mainly internal diseases;136 acupoints were applied in combination with Yanggu,in which Wangu(GB12),Hegu(LI4),Yangxi(LI5),and Yemen(TE2)were closely related.According to cluster analysis there were 5 combinations of high frequency.After October 1949,there were 4 and 6 indications of Yanggu singly or in combination,respectively,which were mainly internal,orthopedic and traumatic diseases;111 acupoints were applied in combination with Yanggu,in which Yangxi,Yangchi(TE4),Hegu,Waiguan(TE5)were closely related.According to cluster analysis there were 3 combinations of high frequency.Conclusions:The indications of Yanggu were mainly internal diseases.Besides,Yanggu showed certain advantages on orthopedic and traumatic diseases and ophthalmic and otorhinolaryngologic diseases.On compatibility,Yanggu was usually in combination with source points and five transport points,which were usually involve largen intestine,small intestine and triple energizer meridians.
