毫火针联合祛脂消痤方治疗寻常型痤疮临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察毫火针联合祛脂消痤方治疗寻常型痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将106例入组患者随机分为观察组和对照组各53例,观察组采用毫火针联合祛脂消痤方治疗,对照组单用祛脂消痤方治疗。记录患者皮损的颜色、数量、类型及肿痛情况,评估症状积分,并测定皮肤油脂含量、角质层含水量和pH值,4周后判定临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组症状积分均下降(P<0.001),且观察组低于对照组(P=0.007);治疗前后两组患者皮肤pH值、角质层含水量改善程度相当,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),油脂的改善程度观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.021)。治疗4周后,总有效率观察组92.45%,对照组83.02%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.009)。结论:毫火针联合祛脂消痤方可以有效改善寻常型痤疮患者的皮肤油脂分泌,与单用祛脂消痤方比较,疗效更优;其作用机制可能与烧针灼刺改善了皮损局部微环境有关。Objective:To observe clinical effect of filiform fire needle combined with Quzhi Xiaocuo Formula(祛脂消痤方)in the treatment of acne vulgaris.Methods:A total of 106 patients with acne vulgaris were randomly divided into the observation group and control group,53 patients in each group.The observation group was treated with filiform fire needle combined with Quzhi Xiaocuo Formula,while the control group was treated with Quzhi Xiaocuo Formula.The color,quantity,type,swelling and pain of skin lesions were recorded to evaluate symptom scores,and the sebum content,stratum corneum hydration,and pH value were measured.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after 4 weeks.Results:After the treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups decreased(P<0.001),and the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P=0.007).After treatment,the two groups showed the same improvement in skin physiological indexes such as p H values and stratum corneum hydration,without statistical significance(P>0.05);the improvement of sebum content in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.021).After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 92.45%in the observation group and 83.02%in the control group,with statistical significance(P=0.009).Conclusion:Filiform fire needle combined with Quzhi Xiaocuo Formula could effectively improve sebum secretion of patients with acne vulgaris,and had a better effect than Quzhi Xiaocuo Formula applied alone;its mechanism might be related with the improvment of the local microenvironment of skin lesion by burning acupuncture.
