周亚滨运用“三辨”法治疗稳定型心绞痛

摘　　要：周亚滨教授根据多年临床经验,认为稳定型心绞痛病因病机为心气血阴阳不足,心脉闭阻;病性为本虚标实、虚实夹杂,病程可分早、中、后三期;病位在心,涉及肝、脾、肾等脏。临证运用辨病、辨证、辨体结合的"三辨"法进行诊治,认为辨病为首要环节,辨证需辨明邪气所属,急则从标、缓则从本,分期论治,同时应考虑患者个体差异,因人而异,辨体选方。Based on years of clinical experience,Professor ZHOU Yabin holds that the disease cause and mechanism of stable angina usually involve deficiency of qi,blood,yin and yang in heart,and obstruction of heart meridians,the disease property is of root deficiency and excess branch,and mixed excess and deficiency,the disease course could be divided into the early,middle and later stages,and the disease location is the heart,also involving the liver,spleen,and kidneys.Diagnosis and treatment are carried out with the combination of disease differentiation,syndrome differentiation,and body differentiation,namely,"three differentiations".Disease differentiation is the first key point.Through syndrome differentiation the origin of evil qi should be determined,that is,for the acute the branch should be treated first while for the chronic the root should be treated.The disease should be treated according to different stages,and the individual differences of patients should be considered.Therefore,the formula should be modified based on different body constitutions.
