摘　　要：刀具是盾构的关键零部件,其在工作状态下的磨损对盾构的施工效率和施工质量有直接影响。总结近年来有关盾构刀具的研究成果,介绍盾构刀具的类型、结构和材质,分析滚刀和切刀在掘进中的运动状态、受力和磨损机理,重点阐述地质条件、刀具参数和掘进参数对刀具磨损的影响规律,并提出减少刀具磨损的具体措施。Cutters are key components of shield,and their wear under work ing conditions has a direct impact on construction efficiency and construction quality of shield.The research results of shield cutters in recent years are summarized,the types,structures and materials of shield cutters are introduced,and the motion state,force and wear mechanism of hobs and cutters in tunneling are analyzed.Focusing on the inf luence laws of geological conditions,cutter parameters and tunneling parameters on cutter wear,specific measures to reduce cutter wear are proposed.
