摘  要:目的探究对比MRI-LAVA序列与增强CT诊断对肝脏结节性病变的应用价值。方法选取78例肝脏结节性病变患者均接受MRI-LAVA序列诊断以及增强CT诊断,比较诊断的准确率、灵敏度、特异度以及准确度。结果在病理学诊断结果中,共诊断出91处病灶,其中直径不低于3 cm的病灶共有24处,直径低于3 cm的病灶共有67处;MRI-LAVA序列诊断与增强CT诊断在直径不低于3 cm病灶中的诊断准确率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),在直径低于3 cm的病灶诊断中,MRILAVA序列诊断准确率高于增强CT诊断,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRI-LAVA序列诊断与增强CT诊断的特异度差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),MRI-LAVA序列诊断灵敏度及准确度均高于增强CT诊断,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MRI-LAVA序列技术在肝脏结节性病变患者临床诊断中的价值高于增强CT,值得推广。Objective To explore the value of applying contrast MRI-LAVA sequence and enhanced CT in the diagnosis of nodular lesions of the liver.Methods 78 patients with hepatic nodular lesions were selected,all of them were diagnosed by MRI-LAVA sequence and enhanced CT.The diagnostic accuracy,sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two diagnostic methods were compared.Results According to the pathological diagnosis results,91 lesions were diagnosed,including 24 lesions with a diameter larger than 3 cm and 67 lesions with a diameter less than 3 cm.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic accuracy between MRI-LAVA sequence diagnosis and enhanced CT diagnosis in lesions with a diameter larger than 3 cm(P>0.05),while in the diagnosis of lesions with a diameter less than 3 cm,the diagnostic accuracy of MRILAVA sequence was higher than that of enhanced CT(P<0.05).Meanwhile,there was no significant difference in specificity between MRI-LAVA sequence diagnosis and enhanced CT diagnosis(P>0.05).However,the sensitivity and accuracy of MRI-LAVA sequence diagnosis were higher than those of enhanced CT diagnosis(P<0.05).Conclusion The diagnostic value of MRI-LAVA sequence technique in nodular lesions of the liver is higher than that of enhanced CT,and it is worth popularizing MRI-LAVA sequence technique in the clinical diagnosis of nodular lesions of the liver.
