摘　　要：随着临床上抗肿瘤治疗的规范化进展,肿瘤精准治疗实施更加依赖于病理学诊断,胸部经皮穿刺活检术作为安全、准确的获取病理诊断手段,在临床上被广泛应用。随着多排CT立体定位导航技术的应用进展,利用CT引导的穿刺活检术成功率和准确率显著提高,并发症明显减少,CT引导穿刺活检已成为胸部肿瘤诊断的重要方式。本文综合目前CT引导穿刺活检的临床应用及进展,重点对胸部穿刺活检术前准备、并发症的预防与处理及病理结果的随访评估等相关研究作一综述。Treatment of tumors depends more on pathological diagnosis With the development of clinical anti-tumor therapy.Percutaneous transdermal needle biopsy is widely used as a method of pathological diagnosis for its safety and accuracy.As the improving of multi-row CT scanning technique and stereotaxis technique,the success rate and diagnostic accuracy of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy improved significantly,Complications decreased significantly,and it has become an important technique for diagnosis of chest tumors.This article synthesizes the clinical application and progress of CT-guided percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy,Preoperative preparation,prevention of complications and evaluation of pathological results were reviewed.
