摘  要:杨房沟水电站作为国内首个采用EPC模式建设的百万千瓦级大型水电工程,坝基三角区帷幕灌浆在大坝混凝土浇筑封顶后,帷幕灌浆具备施工条件时在坝顶进行施工。为确保提前发电的目标实现,坝基三角区帷幕灌浆采用“无盖重+有盖重衔接”施工技术,使帷幕灌浆施工技术更有效、有序,更科学、快速地推进,既保证施工质量,又使工期提前3~5个月,为工程下闸蓄水和首台机组发电目标创造有利的条件。笔者通过对杨房沟水电站拱坝坝基三角区帷幕灌浆施工技术探讨,以供类似工程参考。Yangfanggou Hydropower Station is the first large-scale hydropower project built under EPC contracting mode.Curtain grouting in the triangle area of the dam foundation is applied at the top of the dam after the dam is concreted,capped and construction conditions are met.In order to reach the goal of earlier generation,curtain grouting in the triangle area of the dam foundation adopts the construction technology of non-cover-weight connecting with cover-weight,which makes the curtain grouting more effective,scientific,time-saving,quality-guaranteed and shortens 3 to 5 months construction schedule,it creates favorable conditions for the impoundment of the lower sluice gate and generation of the first unit.The study carried out in this paper can be used as a reference for other similar projects.
