摘  要:依托现代信息技术构建智慧就业信息化体系是顺应智能环境下高等教育发展的必然选择。当下国内高校在就业信息化建设中存在信息发布的精准程度不够、就业教育的指导效果欠佳、就业信息的应用效能低下、就业服务缺乏整体联动的问题。构建高校智慧就业信息化体系,应当分别从学生、用人单位和高校就业管理者的需求出发,做到以生涯发展为主线服务学生成才、以智能匹配为目标实现供需对接、以信息技术为依托支撑智慧决策。Relying on modern information technology to build a smart employment information system is an inevitable choice for the development of higher education under the new situation.At present,in the construction of employment informationization in domestic universities,there are problems such as insufficient accuracy of information release,poor guidance effect of employment education,low application efficiency of employment information,and lack of overall linkage of employment services.In order to build a smart employment service system for universities,it is necessary to serve students'career development,achieve smart matching of employment,and promote smart decisionmaking based on information technology.
