摘　　要：吉林省具备高等教育资源优势,但人才流失严重。乡村振兴视角下社会创业人才的培养是促进吉林省人才回流,实现乡村振兴人才建设的有效手段。通过对吉林省三个社会创业典型案例的研究,运用三角互证,总结吉林省乡村社会创业人才的特点,研究吉林省促进乡村社会创业人才的培养过程,以保证吉林省乡村振兴的人才供给。The talent cultivation of social entrepreneurship is an effective method to facilitate the implementing of rural revitalization strategy of Jilin Province,due to its converting of the original educational resources advantages to talent advantages of rural revitalization.Cases study method used aims to abstract out the talent characteristics of social entrepreneurship,the mechanism of talents cultivation from educational area to agro-industry,to guarantee the supply of the talents to the rural revitalization of Jilin Province.
