摘　　要：本文报道重庆市涪陵中心医院收治的1例肠型白塞病伴肠穿孔患者,入院后手术切除右半结肠及末段回肠,行I期肠吻合术。目前患者病情平稳。A case of Behcet′s disease with intestinal perforation at the Department of General Surgery of Fuling Central Hospital of Chongqing City was reported.After admission,the right hemicolon and ileum were resected with primary anastomosis.The patient is currently in stable condition.
