三黄跌打膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 研究三黄跌打膏治疗急性软组织损伤的临床疗效.方法 将本次纳入的280例急性软组织损伤患者展开研究,按照简单随机化法进行分组,各140例.对照组应用狗皮膏药治疗,观察组应用三黄跌打膏治疗.将两组的症状评分、症状消失时间、临床疗效、不良反应发生情况进行比对.结果 治疗后,观察组的症状评分低于对照组,症状消失时间短于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组间的不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 对急性软组织损伤患者实施三黄跌打膏治疗安全有效,有助于临床症状尽快得到缓解.Objective To study the clinical effect of Sanhuang Dieda ointment on acute soft tissue injury.Methods 280 cases of patients with acute soft tissue injury were included in the study,and were divided into groups according to the simple randomization method.140 cases in the control group were treated with dog skin plaster,and 140 cases in the observation group were treated with Sanhuang Dieda ointment.The symptom score,symptom disappearance time,clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the disappearance time of symptoms was shorter than that of the control group,the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was compared,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conelusion Sanhuang Dieda ointment is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with acute soft tissue injury,which helps to relieve the clinical symptoms as soon as possible.
