农村人居环境整治村民满意度评价——以广东省德庆县为例

摘　　要：当前,农村人居环境整治已成为农村生态振兴的一个重要课题。以广东省德庆县为例,采用模糊综合评价法研究和构建农村人居环境整治村民满意度评价体系,研究发现:总体上,村民总体满意度水平处于比较满意等级;去模糊后支持层满意度排名第一的是基础设施建设,其次是空间规划布局,再次是村容村貌整治和公共服务供给。因此,优化农村人居环境整治效果,应进一步完善法律法规,强化行政监督;调动市场主体参与积极性;拓宽社会力量参与渠道,充分发挥乡村自身力量等。At present,the improvement of rural human settlements has become an important subject of rural ecological revitalization.Taking Deqing County,Guangdong Province as an example,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to study and construct a villager satisfaction evaluation system for the improvement of rural human settlements.The study found that:on the whole,the overall satisfaction level of the villagers is at a relatively satisfactory level.After deblurring,the support layer satisfaction ranks first in infrastructure construction,followed by spatial planning and layout,and thirdly,village appearance improvement and public service provision.Therefore,to optimize the effect of rural human settlement environment improvement,we should take further measures to improve laws and regulations,strengthen administrative supervision;mobilize the enthusiasm of market entities to participate,broaden the channels for social participation,and give full play to the strength o fthe village itself.
