摘　　要：目的探讨斜切松解术治疗腕管综合征的临床效果。方法对2016年6月-2018年12月收治的88例(90侧)腕管综合征患者,采用针刀单一微创斜切松解开腕横韧带。结果术毕即刻疼痛、麻木症状缓解,并且消失疼痛、麻木不适症状;0类切口Ⅰ期愈合;恢复工作岗位时间平均3.5d,持续随访时间24~54周,平均随访时间35.2周。正中神经支配区域麻木、刺痛及感觉异常症状消失,握拳力量恢复正常,术后均未出现夜间疼痛,大鱼际萎缩不同程度恢复。结论斜切松解术治疗腕管综合征临床效果确切,微创0类切口,较传统手术明显促进康复,缩短恢复时间,临床操作简易,可行性强。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of oblique dissection on the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome.Methods From June 2016 to December 2018,90 sides of 88 patients with carpal tunnel syndrome were treated,and the transverse ligament was untied by using a needle knife with a single minimally invasive oblique incision.Results At the end of the operation,the pain and numbness of the patients were relieved,and the symptoms of pain and numbness and discomfort were eliminated.The average time of recovery was 3.5 days,the follow-up time was 24 weeks to 54 weeks,the average follow-up time was 35.2 weeks,the symptoms of numbness,tingling and sensory abnormality in the median nerve innervation area disappeared,the fist strength returned to normal,the postoperative period did not have nocturnal pain problem,and the large thenar atrophy recovered to different degrees.Conclusion The clinical effect of oblique dissection in the treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome is accurate,and the minimally invasive type 0 incision obviously promotes rehabilitation and shortens the recovery time than the traditional operation and the clinical operation is simple and feasible.
