摘　　要：在数字化背景下,数据已成为驱动社会发展的基础动力。对于建筑行业而言,数据也成为推动行业数字化升级的关键一环。本文对建筑行业数字化背景进行阐述,以实际项目为对象,讲解了数据驱动下的设计协同,以及后续以阶段数据交互与传递扮演的重要角色,同时阐述了以设计数据为载体的设计知识沉淀和传递方法,强调了组织化数据对提升行业价值的重要作用。In the digital background,data has become the basic driving force of social development.For construction industry,data has also become a key factor to promote the digital upgrading of the industry.This article explains the digital background of the construction industry,taking an actual project as the case,explaining the important role played by data-driven design collaboration and subsequent data interaction and transmission,emphasizing the important role of organized data in enhancing the value of the industry.
