荆门市公共教育支出效率及影响因素分析

摘　　要：公共财政支出是指政府为履行其职能而支出的一切费用的总和,公共教育支出是公共财政支出中极其重要的一部分。本文运用DEA-Tobit两阶段分析法对2013-2017年荆门市公共教育支出效率及其相关影响因素进行研究分析。Public finance expenditure refers to the sum of all expenses that the government spends to perform its functions.Public education expenditure is an extremely important part of public finance expenditure.This paper uses DEA-Tobit two-stage analysis method to analyze the efficiency of public education expenditure and its related influencing factors in Jingmen City from 2013 to 2017.
