摘  要:借助于先进的分析检测手段,对美国和俄罗斯焦煤的煤质特性和结焦特性进行了系统全面的分析评价,2种煤均属于低灰、低硫的高变质程度焦煤,黏结性差,结焦性一般,热性质较差。且俄罗斯煤硫分极低,价格也更具优势,是相对较好的瘦焦煤。基于生产实践,2种煤在配煤中可以作为瘦焦煤使用,调节焦炭的粒度,通过控制其配入量,保证配合煤黏结性的前提下,可以获得冷热强度较好的焦炭,降低配煤成本。With the aid of advanced analysis and determination methods,the coal quality and coking characteristics of coking coal from the USA and Russia were comprehensively analyzed and evaluated.The two type of coals belong to high metamorphic coking coal with low ash,low sulfur,poor caking property,moderate coking property and poor coke strength after reaction(CSR).Moreover,the coals from Russia are better lean coking coals and have more advantages in extremely low sulfur as well as price.Based on actual operation,the two kinds of coal can be used as lean coking coal in coal blending,which is beneficial to adjust the particle size of the coke.Measures are taken to optimize the blending amount and ensure the caking property of the blended coal.As a result,coke with better mechanical strength and CRI/CSR can be obtained and the cost of coal blending can be reduced.
