摘 要:研究不同制样方法对焦炭反应性及反应后强度测定的影响。试验表明,由于制样方法不同,制备的样品形状有差异,样品表面结构不同,比表面积不同,从而使得机械制样球状样品的反应性数值高于人工制样的块状样品,球状样品反应后强度略低于块状样品;试样样品颗粒大小在一定范围内对焦炭反应性和反应后强度也有影响。The influence of different sample preparation methods on CRI and CSR was studied.The experimental results show that due to different sample preparation methods,the shape of the prepared samples and the surface structure and specific surface area of spherical and bulk samples are different,which makes the reactivity value of mechanical sample spherical sample higher than that of manually\|prepared sample,and the strength of spherical sample after reaction is slightly lower than that of block sample.The particle size of the sample also affects the CRI and CSR in a certain range.
