摘　　要：对焦炉煤气HPF脱硫工艺中熔硫釜运行出现的问题进行了分析,通过调整熔硫釜操作,对硫泡沫及清液系统进行改造,降低了职工劳动强度、改善了现场环境,提高了熔硫釜运行效果。In this paper,the problems occurred in operating COG desulphurization system by HPF desulfurization process are analyzed in details.Measures were taken,such as by adjusting the operation for the sulfur still and by retrofitting the sulfur foam and clear liquid system,so that the labor intensity of operators can be reduced,ambient environment can be improved and the operational performance of the sulfur still can be upgraded.
