摘　　要：介绍了三段横管冷却器的使用情况,分析了初冷器堵塞、阻力增大的原因,提出了用热洗油清洗初冷器的方案,实践过程中优化了洗油清洗初冷器的技术。方案实施后解决了初冷器堵塞、阻力大的问题,降低了鼓风机负荷,防止因初冷器前吸力不足导致焦炉放散。This paper introduces the application of the three-stage cross tube primary cooler in Bayuquan Ansteel.It analyzes the causes of the blockage of the primary cooler and the increase of the resistance.It also puts forward the solution of cleaning the primary cooler with hot wash oil,and optimizes this technology in production.As a result,solutions were given to problems,such as to remove the blockage in the primary cooler,to lower the gas resistance,to reduce the load of gas exhauster,and to prevent coke oven from bleeding due to the insufficient suction in front of the primary cooler.
