摘　　要：目的:培养和选拔一批具有较强学术竞争力的学术人才,为切实提高医院科技实力添砖加瓦。方法:对近几年院内人才培养获得者获得的国家级、省部级、市局级科研项目、论文、专利、奖项等产出情况进行数据统计分析,并与医院总体科研产出情况进行对比。结果:院内项目设立对医院科技水平的提高起到了良好的促进作用,从一定程度上激发了科研人才的科技创新能力。结论:需要进一步优化培养模式和培养机制,加强人才精益化管理。Objective:To cultivate and select a group of academic talents with strong academic competitiveness,so as to make contributions to improve the scientific and technological strength of our hospital.Methods:Scientific research outputs of talent plan gainers were compared with the overall scientific research outputs of the hospital.Results:The establishment of projects in the Institute has achieved good results and stimulated the scientific research ability of talents to a certain extent.Conclusions:It is necessary to further optimize the training mode and mechanism and strengthen the lean management of talents.
