摘　　要：目的:分析研究海南省区域性专科护理联合体的模式和运行机制,并分析其临床应用效果。方法:以海南省6所基层医院为研究对象,以2017年作为时间分界点,比较专科护理联合体运行前、后的专科护理服务水平、护理质量、床位利用率分布等改善情况。结果:专科护理联合体运行后基层医院专科护理及护理服务水平、专科护理质量均有明显改善,其护理人员护理专业能力考评优良率(92.50%)、患者满意度(82.65%)、护理质量优良率(82.50%)均显著高于实施前(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义。另外床位利用率分布情况优势改善:与实施前半年比较,三级医院实施后半年床位使用率下降5.77%,而基层医院(二级医院、一级医院、社区卫生服务中心)实施后半年床位使用率分别提升15.04%、9.78%和8.35%。结论:区域性专科护理联合体的建设能共享优质护理资源,提升护理人员专业能力,优化诊疗程序,促使临床护理更具针对性、分层性,护理质量得到显著提升。Objective:To analyze the mode and operation mechanism of regional specialized nursing consortium in Hainan Province,and to analyze its clinical application effect.Methods:Taking six grass-roots hospitals in Hainan Province as the research object and taking 2017 as the time demarcation point,the improvement of specialized nursing,service level,nursing quality and bed utilization ratio distribution before and after the operation of specialized nursing consortium were compared.Results:After the operation of the specialized nursing consortium,the level of specialized nursing and nursing service and the quality of specialized nursing in grass-roots hospitals have been significantly improved.The excellent rate of evaluation of nursing professional competence(92.50%),patient satisfaction(82.65%)and the excellent rate of nursing quality(82.50%)of its nurses are significantly higher than those before the implementation(P<0.01),and the difference is statistically significant.In addition,the distribution of bed utilization rate has improved:compared with the first half year of implementation,the utilization rate of beds in tertiary hospitals has decreased by 5.77%,while that in Grade III hospitals(Grade II hospitals,Grade I hospitals and community health service centers)has increased by 15.04%,9.78%and 8.35%respectively.Conclusions:The construction of regional specialized nursing consortium can share high-quality nursing resources,enhance the professional competence of nursing staff,optimize the diagnosis and treatment procedures,promote more targeted and stratified clinical nursing,and significantly improve the quality of nursing.
