摘 要:为规范医务值班管理,保障医疗安全,浙江大学医学院附属第一医院以问题为导向,通过完善值班管理制度,调整值班费分配方案优化激励机制及加强巡视督查等多重举措,解决值班管理中存在的排班不规范、值班人员资质不符合规定、全院值班数据无法获取、值班信息不公开及值班费虚报等问题。实现了大型综合性医院医务值班体系的精细化管理,为探索新医改背景下医院管理工作提供借鉴和思路。In order to standardize the management of medical duties and ensure medical safety,the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhejiang University School of Medicine is problem-oriented,through multiple measures such as improving the duty management system,adjusting the duty fee distribution plan,optimizing the incentive mechanism and strengthening inspections and supervision,etc.There are problems such as irregular scheduling,non-compliance of the qualifications of the staff on duty,inability to obtain duty data of the whole hospital,non-disclosure of duty information and false reporting of duty fees.It has realized the refined management of the medical duty system of large-scale comprehensive hospitals,and provided reference and ideas for exploring hospital management under the background of the new medical reform.
