旧城改造与历史文化保护的研究——以南昌老城区为例

摘　　要：我国经济发展的高歌猛进加快了城市化的步伐,旧城区的升级改造和文脉的保护与延续成为新的历史矛盾,居民环境改善、物质空间保护与城市经济发展、利用现有资源改造与新建改造之间的普遍存有争议。根据现状提出南昌改造的建议:一方面,提取场地传统符号,用现代的手法进行转译,形成富有历史痕迹的新视觉效果;另一方面,提取旧材料的“编制”肌理,获得域市更新的“新语言”,是我们进行的有意义的尝试。The triumphant advancement of my country's economic development has accelerated the pace of urbanization.The upgrading and transformation of old urban areas and the protection and continuation of cultural heritage have become new historical contradictions.There are general disputes between the improvement of the residential environment,the protection of physical space and the development of urban economy,the use of existing resources to transform and the new reconstruction.Suggestions for the transformation of Nanchang are put forward according to this situation:on the one hand,extracting the traditional symbols of the site and using modern techniques to translate them to form a new visual effect rich in historical traces;on the other hand,extracting the organization texture of old materials to obtain urban renewal new language is a meaningful attempt we have made.
