摘　　要：浙江石油化工位于远离大陆的舟山群岛外海小岛上,其联合循环热电站作为黑启动应急电源并承担热、电负荷的调峰任务。文章从热电站建设规模及机组选型、燃料系统、热力系统和主厂房布置等方面介绍了该热电站基础设计的特点。Zhejiang Petroleum&Chemical Co.,Ltd.is located on an island off the Zhoushan Archipelago,which is far away from the mainland.It is the largest refining and chemical enterprise in China and forefront of the world.The combined cycle thermal power station is used as black start emergency power supply and undertakes the peak load regulation task of thermal and electrical load.This paper introduces the basic design features of the thermal power station from the aspects of scale,unit selection,fuel system,thermal system and main plant layout.
