摘  要:某电厂1号燃气轮机2020年5月停机后,发现压气机缸有异常擦缸声,盘车电流波动、跳闸,盘车无法重新投运。根据现场情况及历史运行数据,安排开展内窥镜检查及原因分析工作,综合PG9171E型燃气轮机结构特点和历史案例,列出可能导致该异常现象的各种原因,结合现场检查结果,逐一排查,最终得出本次异常现象的原因为机组停运后,过度投运透平间冷却风机引起缸体收缩所致,并对此提出相应预防措施。In May 2020,after shutdown of No.1 gas turbine in a power plant,it was found that the compressor cylinder had abnormal cylinder rubbing sound,the turning current fluctuated and tripped,and the turning gear could not be put into operation again.According to the site conditions and historical operation data,carry out endoscopy and cause analysis,combined with the structural characteristics and historical cases of PG9171E gas turbine,list the possible causes of this exception,check the on-site inspection results one by one,finally,it is concluded that excessive operation of the cooling fan in the turbine room after the unit shutdown caused the cylinder block to shrink.According to the reasons,the corresponding preventive measures are taken.
