摘  要:为了解不同时期枣树枝条中耐寒性物质含量的变化。本文以初代冬枣、二代冬枣、马牙枣、马奶枣4个品种的枣树一年生枝条作为研究材料,分别对其1、2月的4个耐寒性指标进行了测定。结果显示,枣树枝条在2月的可溶性蛋白、丙二醛含量均高于1月,可溶性糖含量低于1月;马牙枣和二代冬枣枝条的含水量2月显著高于1月;马奶枣和初代冬枣的含水量无差异。由上述物质变化可表明枣树在2月已经解除自然休眠,代谢能力增强。In order to understand the changes in the content of cold-tolerant substances in jujube trees in different periods,the jujube branches of the first generation of Dongzao,the second generation of Dongzao,Ma Yazao and Ma Naizao were used as research materials,and the four cold tolerance indexes in January and February were measured.The results showed that the content of soluble protein and malondialdehyde in jujube trees in February was higher than that in January;the soluble sugar content was lower than that in January;There was a significant difference in the water content between the Ma Yazao and the second generation Dongzao.The water content in February was higher than that in January;there was no difference in the water content between the Ma Naizao and the first generation Dongzao.The change of the above substances indicates that the jujube tree has been relieved of natural dormancy in February and the metabolism is enhanced.
