摘　　要：针对实验室仪器设备运行时的漏电威胁到操作者的人身安全问题,本文设计了以AT89C52型单片机为控制器的安全检测仪。该系统以漏电保护原理为主要研究对象,将单片机和高集成度的电路构成精度高的监测单元,利用LABVIEW实现人机交互界面。通过在种子带编织机上的应用与测试,该系统性能稳定,可实现相应功能。Aiming at the problem that the leakage of laboratory instruments and equipment threatens the personal safety of operators,this study designed a safety detector based on AT89C52 microcontroller.In the system the leakage protection principle was taken as the main research object,the high-precision monitoring unit was composed of single-chip microcomputer and highly integrated circuit,and the human-computer interaction interface was realized by LABVIEW.Through the application and test on the seed belt knitting machine,it is concluded that the system has stable performance and can realize corresponding functions.
