摘  要:为培养医学院学生动手能力和创新能力,训练学生的科研思维以及严谨的科研素养,血管紧张素转化酶基因多态性分析综合性实验被引进课堂。学生通过提取自己口腔粘膜上皮细胞基因组核酸、经多聚酶链式反应扩增血管紧张素转化酶基因中具有多态性的片段、凝胶电泳检测分析这一系列实验,得到自己的基因诊断结果的同时,全面、深入、系统地学习了这些常用技术的原理和方法,了解了其在临床研究中的应用,加深和巩固了学习的知识,激发了学生的学习兴趣和主动性,为将来的学习和科研打下良好的基础。The comprehensive experiment of analyzing the gene polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme,which is utilized in clinical research,is adopted in the biochemical laboratory course for the training of medical students to improve their experimental skills,innovation and scientific thinking.In the course,the students extract genomic deoxynucleic acids(DNA)from their own oral epithelial cells,amplify gene polymorphism-related fragments of angiotensin-converting enzyme by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),followed by gel electrophoresis analysis of PCR products for diagnosis.Through this series of experiments,students can not only learn the experimental methods,principles of these basic technologies and their application in clinical research,but also acquire the knowledge about correlation of gene polymorphism of angiotensin-converting enzyme with diseases.This way of teaching and learning can dramatically stimulate students’curiosity,improve their learning initiative and provide solid foundation for their future study,scientific research and clinical works.
