摘　　要：创新是国家、民族与社会兴旺发达的不竭动力,培养创新精神和创新能力是大学人才培养目标的重要内容之一。以培养学生创新精神与实践应用能力为出发点,从适宜转化为创新实验的科研成果的筛选、创新实验项目的内容设计、转化过程的实施运行等方面,探讨了科研成果向创新实验转化促进学生创新精神和能力培养的方法和途径。Innovation is the inexhaustible power for the prosperity of the country,nation and society.The cultivation of innovative spirit and innovative ability is one of the important objectives of university personnel training.Taking the cultivation of students innovative spirit and practical application ability as the starting point,from the aspects of screening scientific research achievements suitable for transformation into innovation experiments,content design of innovation experiment projects,implementation and operation of transformation process.The methods and approaches of transforming scientific research results into innovative experiments to promote students’innovative spirit and ability were discussed.
