摘　　要：心力衰竭是各种心脏疾病的终末阶段,属内科急危重症,其病死率高,预后差,严重影响人们的健康。尽管如肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统抑制剂、β受体阻滞剂等药物在临床中大量的应用,但仍不能完全阻止心衰的进程。黄永生教授是全国首届名中医,长春中医药大学终身教授,博士生导师,全国第三、四、五、六批师承指导教师,从医五十余年。黄永生教授提出顽固性心衰的病机关键为“心肾阳虚,肺肝血瘀”,所以对于慢性顽固性心衰或心衰病人终末阶段,挽救垂危心阳是治疗的关键。治疗上,黄永生教授继承和发扬了《黄帝内经》中五味入五脏理论,提出应用“酸、甘”药物治疗顽固性心衰,根据多年治疗顽固性心衰的经验,创立救心汤方,用于临床,每获奇效。Heart failure is the terminal stage of various heart diseases.It is an acute and critical medical disease with a high fatality rate and poor prognosis,which seriously affects people′s health.Although drugs such as RAAS inhibitors andβ-blockers are widely used in clinical practice,they still cannot completely prevent the progression of heart failure.Professor Huang Yongsheng is the country′s first famous Chinese medicine doctor,a tenured professor at Changchun University of Chinese Medicine,a doctoral tutor,and the third,fourth,fifth,and sixth batch of teachers in the country.He has been in medicine for more than 50 years.Professor Huang Yongsheng pointed out that the pathogenesis of refractory heart failure is“deficiency of heart and kidney yang,lung and liver blood stasis”,so for patients with chronic intractable heart failure or end-stage heart failure,saving the dying heart yang is the key to treatment.In terms of treatment,Professor Huang Yongsheng inherited and carried forward the theory of five flavors entering the five internal organs in the“Huang Di Nei Jing”,and proposed the application of“sour and sweet”drugs to treat intractable heart failure.Professor Huang Yongsheng,the first famous TCM doctor in China,used Jiuxin Decoction to treat intractable heart failure,and its clinical effect was remarkable.
