摘　　要：吕仁和教授认为膜性肾病的病机为本虚伴气滞、化热、伤阴,湿浊、血瘀贯穿于膜性肾病的始终。治疗膜性肾病,应根据患者具体情况,灵活采用对病治疗、对症治疗、辨病与辨证相结合以及分期治疗等。吕仁和教授临床所选方药药味少,药力专,效果显著。吕仁和教授治疗膜性肾病尤其重视中西医并重的治疗原则,在使用激素等免疫抑制剂的同时,应用中医药减轻西药带来的不良反应,在降低蛋白尿,延缓肾功能恶化的同时顾护正气,达到标本兼治的目的。Professor Lv Renhe believes that the pathogenesis of membranous nephropathy is based on deficiency with stagnation of Qi,dissipates heat,injures yin,damp turbidity,and blood stasis throughout membranous nephropathy.The treatment of membranous nephropathy should be based on the specific conditions of the patient,flexible treatment of the disease,symptomatic treatment,combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and staged treatment.The clinically selected prescriptions have little taste,special strength and remarkable effects.Professor Lv pays particular attention to the treatment principle of equal emphasis on Chinese and Western medicine.While using hormones and other immunosuppressive agents,Chinese medicine is used to reduce the adverse reactions of western medicine,reduce proteinuria,delay the deterioration of renal function,and protect righteousness at the same time to achieve the goal of treating both symptoms and root causes.
