红藤解毒灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及其对血清MCP-1、IL-1β、TGF-β1表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察红藤解毒灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效及其对血清MCP-1、IL-1β、TGF-β_(1)表达的影响。方法按照平衡、随机、对照原则将符合纳入条件的120例慢性盆腔炎患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组60例。对照组给予蒲苓盆炎康颗粒治疗,治疗组给予红藤解毒灌肠方治疗,7 d为1个疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。比较两组治疗后整体疗效,中医证候疗效,治疗前后单核细胞趋化蛋白-1(MCP-1)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、转化生长因子-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))水平及安全性。结果治疗组治疗后整体疗效高于对照组,中医证候总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗后两组血清MCP-1、IL-1β、TGF-β_(1)水平均较本组治疗前明显改善,且治疗组血清MCP-1、IL-1β水平低于对照组,TGF-β_(1)水平高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;治疗期间两组均未发生严重并发症或不良反应,安全性评级均为1级。结论红藤解毒灌肠方治疗慢性盆腔炎安全、有效,可有效调节血清MCP-1、IL-1β、TGF-β_(1)水平,减轻炎症反应。Objective To observe the curative effect of Hongteng Jiedu Enema Recipe in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and its effect on the expression of serum MCP-1,IL-1βand TGF-β_(1).Method According to the principles of balance,randomization,and control,120 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease who met the criteria for inclusion were divided into a control group and a treatment group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Pulingpenyankang Granules,and the treatment group was treated with Hongteng Jiedu enema,7 days as a course of treatment,and both groups were treated with 4 courses of treatment and observation.The overall curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,levels of monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),interleukin-1β(IL-1β),transforming growth factor-β_(1)(TGF-β_(1))and treatment safety before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result The overall effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the total effective rate of TCM syndromes was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference was statistically significant.After treatment,the serum MCP-1,IL-1βand TGF-Theβ_(1)level was improved compared with this group before treatment,and the serum MCP-1 and IL-1βlevels of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the TGF-β_(1)level was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.No serious complications or adverse reactions occurred in the group,and the safety ratings were all level 1.Conclusion Hongteng Jiedu Enema Decoction is safe and effective for the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It can effectively regulate the levels of serum MCP-1,IL-1β,and TGF-β_(1),and reduce the inflammatory response.
