摘  要:报道了一种激光二极管端面抽运的Yb∶YAG表层掺杂陶瓷板条激光器,研究了其激光输出特性。建立了Yb∶YAG陶瓷表层掺杂板条激光输出模型,理论分析了Yb∶YAG陶瓷板条的输出能力。在谐振腔实验中,采用2 Hz低重频、抽运脉宽为1 ms的激光进行双端端面抽运。单脉冲总能量达到10 J时,获得了3.035 J的单脉冲激光输出,其光光转换效率为30.4%,最大斜率效率为42.0%。An Yb∶YAG surface-doped ceramic slab laser with laser diode end-pumped is reported,and the output characteristics of it are researched.The laser output model of surface doped Yb∶YAG ceramic slab is established and the output capability of Yb∶YAG ceramic slab is theoretically analyzed.In the experiment of laser oscillator,the frequency pump pulse width and of the pump are 2 Hz and 1ms respectively.When the total energy of a single pulse reaches 10 J,a single pulse laser output of 3.035 J is obtained,with the optical conversion efficiency of 30.4%and the maximum slope efficiency of 42.0%.
