台北故宫博物院藏《吴廷琛列传》考析

摘　　要：吴廷琛于嘉庆七年会状联元,历官提督湖南学政、浙江金华知府、杭州知府,道光间,迁直隶清河道,兼摄按察使,复迁云南按察使,颇多功绩。然《清史稿》未见其传,台北故宫博物院图书馆善本室却藏有《吴廷琛列传》稿本,作者陈能怡。列传稿之所以最终没能被收入《清史稿》,应是史书修纂过程中前后人员变动较大、稿件几经移交及《清史稿》出版仓促等原因所致。稿本据朱珔《吴廷琛墓志铭》修纂。Wu Tingchen was the Hui Yuan and Number One Scholar in the seventh year of Jiaqing.He has served as admiral of Hunan Xuezheng,Zhejiang Jinhua prefect and Hangzhou prefect.During the Daoguang period,he moved to Qinghe Dao in Zhili,concurrently served as the surveillance commissioner,and relocated to the Yunnan surveillance commissioner,with many achievements.However,there is no his biography in The Draft of History of Qing Dynasty,but the rare edition room of Taipei Palace Museum Library has the manuscript of Biography of Wu Tingchen,written by Chen Nengyi.The reason why his biographical manuscripts were not included in The Draft of History of Qing Dynasty was due to the great changes in the personnel before and after the compilation process,the transfer of manuscripts for several times,and the hasty publication of The Draft of History of Qing Dynasty.The manuscript is based on the epitaph of Wu Tingchen written by Zhu Jian.
