鼻腔盥洗联合鼻用糖皮质激素对血管运动性鼻炎的疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨鼻腔盥洗联合鼻用糖皮质激素对血管运动性鼻炎病例的治疗效果及预后影响。方法:将2018年1月至2020年1月就诊于我院的90例血管运动性鼻炎病例随机分为2组(n=45),分别接受鼻用糖皮质激素治疗(对照组)及与3%高渗盐水鼻腔盥洗联合治疗(观察组),比较2组病例治疗3个月后鼻部症状差异,以视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale,VAS)进行疼痛评分;采用酶联免疫吸附法测定盥洗液中感觉神经肽P(Neuropeptide substance P,SP)、黏蛋白5B(Mucoprotein 5B,MUC5B)水平,同时随访3个月采用鼻结膜炎相关生活质量问卷(Rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)评估患者生活质量。结果:治疗后患者鼻部症状、疼痛程度、SP水平、MUC5B水平、RQLQ评分均明显低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:鼻腔盥洗联合鼻用糖皮质激素对血管运动性鼻炎的治疗效果显著,可有效改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the effects of nasal lavatory combined with nasal glucocorticoid on the treatment and prognosis of patients with vasomotor rhinitis.Methods:A total of 90 cases of vasomotor rhinitis in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were randomly divided into two groups(n=45).Patients were treated with nasal glucocorticoid(control group)and nasal lavage with 3%hypertonic saline(observation group).The nasal symptoms of the two groups were compared after 3 months of treatment,and the sensory neuropeptide P(neuropept)was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay IDE substance P,SP,mucoprotein 5B(MUC5B),and the quality of life of both groups were evaluated by 3-month follow-up.Results:The scores of nasal symptom pain(visual analogue scale,visual analogue scale,VAS),SP level,MUC5B level,nasal conjunctivitis related quality of life questionnaire(rhinoconjunctivitis quality of life questionnaire,RQLQ)in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment,and that of the observation group was lower than that of control group.Conclusion:Nasal cavity washing combined with nasal glucocorticoid has a significant therapeutic effect on vasomotor rhinitis,which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients and can be promoted.
